Hannah Textor, Broker and Owner of Hannah Textor Brokerage, LC specializes in Commercial Sales and Leasing representing Buyers, Sellers, Tenants and Landlords of Retail, Office, Industrial, Investment Properties and Land.

Textor is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate pursuing the designation. This is accomplished by completing over 200 hours of graduate-level curriculum, experience requirements, and passing a comprehensive exam. Less than one percent of the nation's real estate professionals hold the CCIM distinction.

 
Textor majored in marketing at Missouri State University and brings that education and experience to every transaction she coordinates. She takes pride in excellent work and strives for the utmost professionalism and integrity.

Hannah is a Springfield native and an active member of the Springfield Chamber of Commerce, Ozark Chamber board member, Ozark Economic Development Advisory Board chairperson, Springfield Contractor's Assn, Greater Springfield Board of REALTORS, National and Missouri Assns of REALTORS, and the REALTORS Commercial Alliance.

She is married to Mike Textor, trial lawyer and partner of Polsinelli Shughart practicing Construction and Real Estate law. Together they have two great kids!
